Solvent Resistant Barrier Cream

Protecta Guard is non-greasy, non-irritant barrier cream designed to protect the skin from dry powders and dusts, oils, greases and solvents. Protecta Guard is insoluble in most petroleum-derived solvents and thus gives a high degree of protection against most products containing these solvents such as paints, bitumen, greases, adhesives, oils and petrol. The regular use of Protecta Guard will provide enhanced protection against industrial Dermatitis. Protecta Guard is pH controlled to match that of the skin and hence provides a high degree of skin compatibility. Protecta Guard provides natural moisturising and super-fatting to the skin and helps to soften rough, scaly and thickened skin. Protecta Guard is silicone-free, which is vital in the automotive refinish industry.

APPLICATION: Before work, apply a small amount of Protecta Guard to exposed skin on the hands. Rub the product in until dry. Ensure that the skin between the fingers and under the nails is covered. Re-apply if the cream is washed off or at least once every two hours.
After work and before meals, wash the hands in order to remove the cream and any dirt or soils on the hands.  It will be noticed that, with regular use of Protecta Guard, the amount of effort required to wash the hands clean will be reduced and hence the hands will be easier to keep clean.  Protecta Guard is easily removed from the skin by washing with either soap and water or with liquid soaps such as Protecta Wash and water.
 
APPEARANCE: Thick white cream, pleasant clean soapy perfume.
